Refund policy
We do not offer returns or refunds for orders once they are placed.
We provide a replacement only in these cases:
* Damaged product received
* Wrong product received
To be eligible for replacement:
* You must share a clear unboxing video from start to end (no cuts or edits)
* You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
* The product must be unused and in original condition
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement.
If a replacement is not available, store credit may be provided.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We do not offer cash refunds.
