Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets).

When will I receive my order?

  • Rest of India: 5–9 days

We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a replacement.

To request a replacement, please share:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement promptly.

How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charge is:

Not all pieces are lightweight.
Some of our designs — especially traditional Indian necklaces, jhumkas, and statement sets — can be heavier due to their craftsmanship. We also offer lightweight Western/Indo-Western pieces. Weight varies based on the design.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Restocks depend on availability with our suppliers.
